Nice little cafe with a good variety on the menu and very friendly staff. The food we saw coming out looked very tasty and the pork and apple burger I had was delicious! Apparently sourced from the local butchers across the road. Will definitely be returning when we are back in the area
Very nice place for food. It's not too expensive .lovely real fireplace to warm yourself on a wintery day . Staff is very helpful. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of it.
Should you chance upon this delightful eatery whilst in Callander, I would heartily recommend you pay a visit. The welcome is warm and service is prompt. The atmosphere is relaxed (and dog friendly) without being too noisy or rowdy and the decor is both fresh & traditional. You can grab a drink and/or food, which ranges from a most delicious scone, to home-made soup to a freshly made toastie. It's location couldn't be better, situated just to the side of the town square in the centre of Callander and outdoor seating is available too (if you are brave enough to endure the Scottish weather!). Worth a visit. Highly recommended
Great little coffee shop in the heart of Callander right in Ancaster Square. We ordered some tea, a soup, and a toastie. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside, particularly in the back with the set of couches. Highly recommend this coffee shop if you're in Callander!
Lovely place and the best chocolate muffin we have ever tried!
A lovely quaint cafe. My wife had a cheese tomato and onion toastie, which she said was melted but not hot? I had a tuna, onion, and cucumber sandwich, which was skewered with a wooden coffee stirrer. They both came with a few crisps and a spoonful of salad. The plate was liberally drizzled with balsamic dressing. If you're going to serve nice sandwiches, then use nice bloomer bread, not cheap white sliced.
Very cute cafe, loved the vibe and the food!! I had the carot and lentil soup, would recommend :) The coffee is also amazing (they have oat milk)
